So, how do I refer you? It’s easy.

  • First: think about people you know who work at a mid-size (250 - 2500 employees) company, or a start up. Scrolling through LinkedIn will probably give you dozens of ideas. Most anywhere in the world is fair game.

  • Second: reach out to that person and ask if you can introduce them to a company you know and believe in that you think could help them be more effective.

  • Third: introduce us to your contact(s) over email (you can use either explore@peoplepiece.com, roni@peoplepiece.com, or both). That’s it. If they are interested, we’ll set up a short introductory call or Zoom with us, and take it from there. No hard sell, we promise.

What do we help companies with? We develop:

  • Employees and teams that communicate, take ownership, and collaborate exceptionally

  • Managers who are clear, effective, and supportive

  • Leaders who inspire, develop, and coach

  • Cultures built on values, integrity, creativity, and trust

Feel free to use this sample email copy when introducing us, or create your own:

I’ve never been to a training session that left me eager to learn more about the subject matter. Managing people terrified me before but now I welcome the challenge. Thank you for sending me out into the world with the tools I need!
