Leaders meet with their coach weekly, twice a month, or monthly, privately over Zoom or Teams, to troubleshoot, gain clarity, and ensure great ideas turn into action and real, lasting change.

Laura will answer your questions and share the next steps during the call if you decide you want your leader signed up for coaching.
After signing up, your leader will receive a confirmation email with a link to a quick intake survey. They will be paired with Coach Laura or with a handful of highly experienced and effective coaches who coach other Carollo leaders. Then it’s off to the races of professional development and impact.
