WHAT TO EXPECT FROM COACHING
Coaching is personalized, one-on-one professional development designed to help leaders and employees to strengthen their emotional intelligence, drive results more effectively, and unlock the full potential of their people, projects and teams. Through a supportive and challenging partnership, coaches empower your people to grow, reflect, and have greater impact.
Individuals typically meet with their coach weekly, biweekly, or monthly in confidential sessions via Zoom or Teams. These conversations provide space to troubleshoot challenges, gain clarity, and turn great ideas into meaningful, lasting change.
SCHEDULE A MEET & GREET
Interested in coaching for someone on your team? Schedule a brief Meet & Greet with Coach Laura to discuss your team member’s need and goals. This conversation is a chance to explore whether coaching is the right fit and how it can support their growth and impact. Laura will answer any questions you have and walk you through next steps if you decide to move forward.
Once enrolled, the leader or employee will receive a confirmation email with a short intake survey. From there, they’ll be matched with Coach Laura — or one of our other highly experienced coaches — and begin their coaching journey toward professional development and meaningful progress.
