Content Spotlight

During this special series of deep, inspiring, authentic and intimate conversations, we will focus on the following topics:

Staying True to Yourself and Your Values

What drives us as women leaders? What helps us sustain and thrive in our roles? How can we find alignment and leverage what's important to us both in and outside of work to have the greatest impact and joy? In this session we'll spend time discovering our key values, discuss how they show up in the day to day, understand how to recognize signs when we've moved out of values alignment, and steps to take to adjust our path.

Life Stages and Leadership

From motherhood to menopause and everything in between, women in leadership need to balance the complexity of navigating significant life stages and showing up as their best selves in their roles. Let's face it, it's not always easy and often doesn't feel like something that can be openly discussed at the workplace. In this session you'll gather with community for an authentic conversation about the reality of leading through these life stages in a way that honors the challenges and uncovers solutions.

Developing Strategies for Self-Care and Renewal

Ever heard, "put your oxygen mask on first" but not know where to start because you just feel underwater? Or maybe you feel guilty even considering making yourself a priority with everyone you're leading within your organization and caring for outside of it? Women leaders can spend so much time caring for others, delivering results and meeting deadlines that self-care gets put on the back burner. Join to have an honest dialogue about what holds us back from making self-care a non-negotiable and uncover ways to practice self-renewal - and make it okay for others to do the same.

Finding Your Voice and Building Your Confidence

Being a woman in leadership can come with certain expectations, and we may not have learned the skills for how to speak up, advocate for ourselves and others, or state a contrasting opinion. Yet we know when we hold back, our team or organization is deprived of our insight, creativity, knolwedge, and passion. Join this conversation for tools, tips and practices for finding your voice and advocating fearlessly while resetting the expectations of what women leaders ‘should’ be.

Building Resilience in Challenging Environments

As much as it's uncomfortable, change, uncertainty, and ambiguity are here to stay. Not only can it be difficult for us personally, we're leading teams and organizations through times that are challenging for many people. So how do we stay grounded when things continue to be tough and the target keeps moving? How do we respond when those around us may not be showing up at their best or are downright struggling? How do we lead, when what's required from us is no longer just about providing strategy, vision, and direction, but has a deeper human side?

Growing Influence and Impact

Women’s leadership skills are needed now more than ever as business moves beyond just a focus on the bottom line and into more of a purpose and people-oriented space. The way of work is evolving and women leaders have an opportunity to inspire change and support our teams and organizations to meet the needs of the moment and what lies ahead. Join this authentic discussion about key influencing techniques and strategies for managing up and within an organization and shaping the path for our teams and the future.

It’s really nice to have women from all over and different sectors in the program. Being a woman in leadership can feel so isolating sometimes even if we have colleagues that we’re close with. Sometimes it feels like we’re the only organization dealing with some of the things we’re dealing with or we’re the only people in the organization dealing with some of the things we’re dealing with. To gather with a group of women who are really open about what’s going on and talk about work-life balance and what it really is, it creates a space that is very comforting. I feel like it normalizes the complexity of who we are.
— Lisa Lord, Women's Leadership Program Participant
I have so much adoration for the women in the group, the authentic sharing the one-to-one with my collaboration partner.
